Saturday, March 24, 2007 Dr. Judy Wood files against NIST for WTC lies DrJudyWood.com March 22: "Dr. Judy Wood (with degrees in Civil Engineering, Engineering Mechanics + Materials Engineering Science), widely acknowledged as the leading proponent of the theory that Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) were used to destroy the World Trade Center (WTC) complex, has filed a Request for Correction under the Data Quality Act with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), located in Gaithersburg, MD.
Dr. Wood is represented in this effort by Attorney Jerry Leaphart, a Connecticut-based trial lawyer, who states that NIST now has 60 days to respond to the RFC. After that, an appeal can be taken and/or other legal action may then follow.
Leaphart further states that Dr. Wood knows that the implications of her theory that DEW were used to destroy the WTC complex shatter certain key beliefs that Americans as a whole cherish and hold dear. Her theory has generated a lot of interest and commentary within the 9/11 Truth Movement that relies primarily upon the Internet as its media source. Mainstream print and broadcast media do not cover the 9/11 Truth Movement, but may need to take heed of this administrative action filed by Dr. Wood, according to Attorney Leaphart.

You have discovered that Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA) is not only a major NIST contractor in the clean-up of the WTC site, post 9/11/01, as well as a major contractor for NIST in the preparation of the NCSTAR 1 report series, that your RFCs pertain to, there's more.
ARA is also at the very epicenter of the development of Directed Energy Weapons.
DEW may be the very core of ARA’s business, with all other business matters being of secondary importance to ARA.
That information was not disclosed to the public by NIST to our knowledge.

In Florida, my sons friend Andy, missed the first 3 days of school this week because he was very sick. He attends Pompano Beach High. during these same 3 days some kid phoned in a Bomb threat for 2 of these days.
Andy is an honors student and works when he is not in school in order to help his grandmother who he lives with. Yesterday while in school Andy was called to the principals office and he thought it was because of the three day absence he just had. Upon arriving there he was arrested and put in jail. Today was his arraignment, the judge said because he was a flight risk that Andy will remain in jail until his trial.

01.Apr.2007 Think About It - BG Humint Events Online: It Wasn't Just Toilets That Disappeared
Previously, I somewhat jokingly wondered what happened to the thousands of toilets from the WTC.
But really, it isn't just the toilets.
Think of all of the large bulky items that must have been in the towers-
- there must have been tens of thousands of chairs + desks + computers in each tower,
not to mention thousands of bookcases, filing cabinets, interior walls, cubicle walls, office doors, elevator doors.
Sure,
a lot of this would be smashed by the weight of the tower structural elements + it is of course hard to know exactly what was found in the rubble.
Nonetheless, given what we know about the WTC debris pile, it is hard not to get the sense that a lot of this inner office material simply disintegrated or disappeared.
Of course, besides the people and office contents that disappeared, there were the huge concrete slabs on each floor that were rendered into powder + a significant amount of structural steel that remains unaccounted for.
The only thing that can account for all these phenomena, in the tremendous scale and very short time frames that were seen, is nuclear explosions-- most likely small clean (i.e. fission-less) fusion nuclear bombs.

For the skeptics (and disinfo agents/shills/brainwashed dupes)-- yes, there was a great deal of potential energy built up in the WTC towers. But
the simple fact is in any REAL "collapse", all of this potential energy would be used up by breaking apart the steel structure holding up the towers-- +
there simply wouldn't be enough left to pulverize all of the concrete and building contents and turn them into powder.
Remember, a tower is stronger at the bottom and gets weaker and lighter as you go up.
It simply is not the case that the top of the towers were precariously suspended on a fragile latticework of toothpicks waiting for something to cause the weight of the top to crush down through the lower structure!
To make the towers go POOF the way they did, you need to add in a LOT of energy-- such as can be derived from nuclear bombs.

“It’s the new Cuba - no language is too tough,” said one of the officials, who like others insisted on anonymity to discuss internal government planning. …
Some officials who are aware of the campaign say they fear its real aim is to weaken or even overthrow Assad and to ensure that he can’t thwart the creation of an international tribunal to investigate the February 2005 assassination of former Lebanese Prime Minister Rafik Hariri. A U.N. report has implicated Syrian and Lebanese officials in the murder.
The officials say the campaign bears the imprint of Elliott Abrams, a conservative White House aide in charge of pushing Bush’s global democracy agenda.

Bud Cummins is the former U.S. Attorney for Arkansas who was pushed out to make room for Karl Rove protege Tim Griffin.
Interviewed two weeks ago on Fox News Sunday, Cummins said that while he was seriously concerned about the administration’s treatment of the seven other purged prosecutors, he knew why he was fired and said the White House had been honest about it:
In my case, I served at the pleasure of the president. They asked me to leave. I left. And they told the truth almost consistently throughout this about my situation.
So I really don’t think this is as much about me as it is the positions they’ve taken to try and explain the other seven. And that’s where I personally am still very concerned, because I don’t think they’ve been fair to the other seven colleagues at all.
But during his testimony on Thursday, Kyle Sampson suggested that Cummins was also let go for performance-related reasons. During a speech in Arkansas, Cummins was livid:
Cummins objected to the testimony of Kyle Sampson, former chief of staff to Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, in Sampson’s appearance Thursday before the Senate Judiciary Committee. Sampson told senators he believed each of the federal prosecutors fired late last year by the Justice Department was replaced because of problems related to his or her performance in office.
“If they’re starting to say that I had performance problems, then I have the same gripe the other seven have, because it’s a lie,” said Cummins, a Republican Bush appointee who was removed as U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of Arkansas and replaced by Tim Griffin, former assistant to White House political adviser Karl Rove.
Cummins said if he were to comment further on Sampson’s testimony, “I’d need a censor.”
Cummins also said during his speech that he was “astounded” by Sampson’s suggestion that “political success and success as a prosecutor are one and the same.” In an op-ed today for Salon.com, Cummins writes, “Being credible is like being pregnant — you either are, or you aren’t. … Once you have given the public a reason to believe some of your decisions are improperly motivated, then they are going to question every decision you have made, or will make in the future.”

Last year, Congress passed legislation with broad bipartisan support to expand funding for embryonic stem cell research beyond the 2001 limits set by President Bush. In response, Bush issued the first veto of his presidency. When Congress returns from recess, it will again revive debate on funding for new embryonic stem cell research. Bush has already vowed another veto.
Even Bush’s own scientists disagree with his position on stem cell research. Last month, Dr. Elias Zerhouni, Bush’s appointee as director of the National Institutes of Health, said that “American science will be better served — and the nation will be better served — if we let our scientists have access to more cell lines that they can study with the different methods that have emerged since 2001.”
Furthermore, polling done this year shows that the Bush is at odds with the public, as “now a solid and consistent majority says that it wants to move forward with research”:
“It’s interesting to note that even Republicans in the CBS News poll said they approve of embryonic stem cell research by 54-36.
On the stem cell research issue, Bush isn’t even representing his own partisans, much less the rest of the public,” states American Progress fellow Ruy Texeira.

In the entire history of aviation, only four passenger jets have ever exploded into nothing, or are alleged to have done so as a result of a crash. All four just happen to have been the Sept 11 planes. And in the case of the WTC, the impact surface was mostly glass - about as soft a target as a plane can hit, with the possible exception of water. So this debunks any assertion that the alleged explosion of AA 77 was a result of being flown into a fiercely resistant surface, which itself is already debunked by examples of planes which flew into mountains and weren’t cremated, including the earlier linked photo of an American Airlines 757 which crashed into a mountain. That’s about as conclusive a comparison as one can get. The only possible conclusion is that the WTC planes had powerful explosives aboard + that whatever hit the Pentagon was a much smaller object, also destroyed by explosives.
Not only was the alleged explosion of AA 77 impossible in the context of the modest damage to the Pentagon wall + impossible because there wasn’t enough energy in the fuel - it’s also been shown anecdotally to be impossible in the context of aviation history.
Nevertheless, I’m once again going to suspend these findings, to examine another aspect.

FEMA's investigation of one of the worst and most pivotal events in history was farcical: No independent investigation was funded: FEMA allocated $600,000 for the BPAT's study, which included the cost of printing their report. Except for an early "tourist trip", The BPAT volunteers were barred from Ground Zero. They did not see a single piece of steel until almost a month after the disaster. They had to guess the original locations of the few pieces of steel they saw. They collected 150 pieces of steel for further study (out of millions of pieces). Their report, which called for "further investigation and analysis", was published after Ground Zero had been scrubbed.

The blueprints show that FEMA's report was inaccurate in stating that core columns were "freestanding" when in fact large horizontal beams cross-connected the core columns in a three-dimensional matrix of steel.
The NIST report into the collapses has also been proven inaccurate by the blueprints as it has implied that the only the corner columns were "massive" and that the core columns decreased in size in the higher stories when, in fact, the sixteen columns on the long faces of the cores shared the same dimensions for most of each Tower's height.
These omitted and distorted facts serve to render the official reports extremely questionable. It seems that facts were being tweaked in order to get closer to an explanation for the collapses. Even then the reports both failed to provide adequate explanations of why the buildings fell.
