The aluminum of the fuselage is claimed to have combusted at more than 2,500° Celsius within the building + to have been transformed into gas, but the bodies of the passengers which it contained were so little burned that they were later identified from their finger prints.
Responding to journalists during a press conference at the Pentagon, the fire chief claimed that "no voluminous debris from the aircraft" had remained, "nor any piece of the fuselage, nor anything of that sort". He declared that neither he nor his men knew what had become of the aircraft.
Close examination of the official photographs of the scene of the attack, taken + published by the Defense Department, shows that no part of the Pentagon bears any mark of an impact that could be attributed to the crash of a Boeing 757.
One must acknowledged the evidence: it is impossible that the attack against the Pentagon on 11.Sep.2001 killing 125 persons, was carried out by a jet airliner.
The scene of the attack was thoroughly disturbed on the following day by the immediate launch of new construction work, with the result that many of the elements necessary to reconstruct what had happened are missing. Each encouraging word is like a block of strength right now. Last night I was returning from Columbus and was scared out of my mind. First I’ve been getting calls from a man that has been able to tell me each and every place I’ve been or roads I’ve been traveling on (a group of 3 other women heard this while driving me to meet Jesse Jackson + Cliff Arnebeck last night, having the call on speaker). Then while driving back I was ran off the road by two dark blue Suburbans(?), bigger than 4 runners anyway, with dark tinted windows. They came up behind me with their brights on and then one came to the side of me and ran me into the ditch off I-70. I saw as they sped away that one had a Maryland license plate, but in the heat of it all I couldn’t get the plate number or even see the plate of the other one. It’s becoming apparent to me that someone is not liking what I’m doing. So thank you much cause I truly need the encouraging words.

During a presentation about his case, Chapela revealed that a spermicidal corn developed by a U.S. company is now being tested in Mexico. Males who unknowingly eat the corn produce non-viable sperm and are unable to reproduce.
Depopulation, also known as eugenics, is quite another thing and was proposed under the Nazis during World War II. 15.Dec.2004 In summary, it is my professional opinion that Kerry [KFJ966]'s margins of victory were wrongly reduced by 22,000 votes in Cleveland, by 17,000 votes in Columbus + by as many as 7,000 votes in Toledo. It is my further professional opinion that Kerry [KFJ966]'s margins of defeat in Warren + Butler + Clermont counties were inflated by as many as 37,000 votes in the aggregate, + in Miami County by as many as 6,000 votes. 13.Dec.2004 There are still 92,672 uncounted regular ballots that, based upon the analysis set forth above of the election results from Dayton + Cincinnati, may be expected to break for Kerry [KFJ966]by an overwhelming margin. + there are 14,441 uncounted provisional ballots. 15.Dec.2004 The recount lockdown in Greene County : The folks involved with the recount -- and with keeping an eye on the election offices -- are dog tired. Every concerned citizen owes those fighters for democracy an expression of gratitude.
You will recall that the recount was stopped + that the ballots were yanked out of the hands of recounters. Sealed and locked boxes of optical scan ballots were placed inside the election offices --which were then left unlocked. Someone entered overnight, as evidenced by a lit lamp.
My source tells me that one big worry now is that the Republican election machinery deliberately left the door open. Why? Not to let Ken's minions sneak in -- after all, they would have a key to the door. Rather, the intention may have been to lay the groundwork for the claim that Democrats tampered with those ballots!
If the Republican propagandists do try to push that idea, remember: Those ballots were kept in locked, sealed boxes. Could someone from Ken Blackwell's office open up those boxes, stuff them with Bush ballots + then re-lock and re-seal them? Of course. But could the recounters manage a similar trick? Hardly.
Where would they get the keys and the seal?
The Boston Globe was supposed to report on this story today. They didn't. (However, they did have room for an in-depth look at the new Kevin Spacey movie.)
Actually, the Globe published an AP story which covered the demonstrations -- though not the data about the recount lockdown. Yet according to William Rivers Pitt, the Globe had its own reporters on the scene. Why did they rely on the AP, and why did both news outlets ignore the story of Blackwell's criminality? Odd!

15.Dec.2004 Precinct 440, Greene county, Ohio : The information I posted yesterday concerning the strange doings in this largely African-American community was incorrect. I spoke to someone "on the ground" in Ohio, and got the straight skinny.
This precinct serves a college with a primarily black student body. 1336 people tried to register, but only 593 people were allowed to cast ballots -- a "turnout" of 44.39%. The reason? The election officials would not accept ballots from students living on campus because they all had the same street address!
Just another one of those "whoopsie-daisy" accidents that just happened to disenfranchise blacks...
You will recall yesterday's study by Richard Hayes Phillips, which proves that turnout numbers are mysteriously low in pro-Democratic areas of Ohio -- despite the long lines of heroic voters who stood in cold weather until after midnight.

13.Dec.2004 In a letter to Ohio's Governor, Speaker of the House and President of the Senate, John Conyers and others have pleaded for the vote of the electors be rescinded or treated as provisional. The argument comes down to Blackwell's disingenuous tardiness in certifying the election results; although he had promised to complete his count within ten days, he took over a month, leaving no time for the recount effort. In essence, the Secretary of State has chosen Ohio's electors, a job which the Constitution assigns to the legislature of the state.
The Clinton Curtis story has received a respectful hearing in the cyber-pages of Wired.

15.Dec.2004 In one exit poll affidavit, Jonathan David Simon, an expert witness, notes that at 12:53 a.m. the exit polls altered the projected winner – even though the same number of votes had been cast. "Although each update reports the same number of respondents (872), the reported results differ significantly, with the latter (12:53 a.m.) exit poll results apparently having been brought into congruence with the tabulated vote results." In other words, the exit polls were made to conform to a political decision to declare Bush the victor.
Another exit poll affidavit, filed by Ron Paul Baiman, an economist and statistician at the University of Illinois and University of Chicago, said the swing in national exit poll results, recorded at 12:33 a.m., when Kerry [KFJ966] was winning with 50.8 % of the vote, to Bush winning with 51.2 %, was, "in lay terms, impossible."
"This is more than a 100 % swing in the other direction of the exit poll margin, he said. "There is less than a one in 25,000,000 (1/25,507,308) chance of this occurring."

15.Dec.2004 A representative from Triad Systems came into this county's BOE offices unannounced on this Friday. He said he was just stopping by to see if they had any questions about the upcoming recount. He then headed into the back room where the Triad ( unclear ) that is, the machine that COUNTS the ballots, is kept.
The Triad representative then told them that there was a problem with the system, that the system had a bad batttery and had quote "lost all it's data" endquote
He then took the computer apart and started swapping parts in and out of it and in another spare (tower PC?) in the room...
...he finally reassembled everything and said that it was working, but that not to turn it off.
He then asked which precincts would be counted in the 3% recount test + the ones which had been selected, as if it had the right number of votes, was relayed to him + he did something else to the tabulator. This behavior will strike many as suspicious, to say the least.

15.Dec.2004 Just before the electors were to cast votes, Cliff Arnebeck of the Alliance for Democracy filed his suit with the intention of having the Ohio Supreme Court review the state's presidential vote. According to the news accounts, Arnebeck -- and you and I -- are now "dissidents."
The dissidents claim there were disparities in vote totals for Democrats, too few voting machines in Democrat-leaning precincts, organized campaigns directing voters to the wrong polling place and confusion over the counting of provisional ballots by voters whose names did not appear in the records at polling places.

15.Dec.2004 What would it take to win? Tom Flocco has a long report on the Conyers hearings. Flocco (predictably) scores Kerry [KFJ966], but he also notes the constitutional measure by which a state's electors can be challenge: One House member and one Senator must object. Last time, no senator would raise his voice. Now, one cannot help but wonder if Kerry [KFJ966]himself will do the honors. If he does -- and he would do so at great political risk -- both Houses would have to vote on whether to accept the state's electors.
Logic tells us that the Republicans would carry the day in such a vote. The outcome would be in doubt only if America were shocked by clear, unmistakable and well-publicized evidence of vote fraud. Perhaps nothing short of an on-the-record confession from a conspirator would suffice. (Think McCord in Watergate.) If we don't get a confession, recordings of an incriminating telephone conversation might do the trick. (Think Lewinski, or the Enron conspiracy to defraud California.)
Democracy depends on such a breakthrough.

14.Dec.2004 Many American intelligence officials have been skeptical of the effort, though, noting that the Pakistanis often alerted tribal leaders to raids beforehand and mostly only snared foot soldiers. To rout Al Qaeda and find Mr. bin Laden is going to require a much more sustained campaign by the United States and Pakistan, intelligence officials from those countries say. The United States is spending $4.5 million to help build roads, wells and schools in the tribal areas, an amount dwarfed by the $18 billion the United States is spending on the reconstruction of Iraq. Pakistani officials and others say economic development, locally elected government and full integration of the tribal areas into Pakistan are the only way to eradicate militancy from the isolated area.
"To really neutralize and eliminate them, it will have to be a lot more effort," said Talat Masood, an Islamabad political analyst and former general. "They are still a very potent force."

14.Dec.2004 The foreign militants are flush with cash, use a highly sophisticated code when communicating, travel in small groups at night, are disciplined and have access to laptop computers, Pakistani military officials say. The network has even sent e-mail messages, letters and DVD's to Pakistani soldiers fighting in the tribal areas urging them not to kill their fellow Muslims on behalf of America, according to Western diplomats.
A Pre-Election Warning
The CIA has intermittently received information about Mr. bin Laden's movements along the Pakistani frontier, but it has always come too late to act against him, officials said. "There is no credible information that he has ever left the border region" since Tora Bora, one American analyst said.

14.Dec.2004 By spring 2002, South Waziristan had become "the hub of Al Qaeda operations in the whole world," one senior Pakistani official said. Local religious leaders offered the militants houses, while poor tribesmen collected handsome rents on their homes.
They soon established a highly effective security system. A network of tribesmen augmented by radios and satellite phones acted as lookouts and notified them whenever more than one vehicle left a new Pakistani army base in Wana. "They could get warnings," said a senior Pakistani official.

14.Dec.2004 Some American intelligence officials say that the war in Iraq provided a powerful new recruiting tool for Al Qaeda. The conflict has diverted resources - CIA paramilitary personnel and pilotless Predator surveillance aircraft - from Afghanistan to Iraq in 2002, several current and former intelligence and administration officials said. They contend the war in Iraq weakened the focus of the United States, giving Al Qaeda time to regroup. Pakistan has been a sanctuary for some Qaeda figures since soon after the American-led invasion of Afghanistan. When the Taliban government fell in the winter of 2001, some Qaeda leaders went west to Iran, but a large group of Qaeda members, including many of Mr. bin Laden's lieutenants, went south to Pakistan, intelligence officials say.

14.Dec.2004 Aside from tribal members, the militants may be getting help from some officers in Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence, the country's powerful intelligence agency. The agency was the hidden power behind the Taliban's rise to power in Afghanistan and was close to Al Qaeda. Pakistani civilian security and police officials complained in the past that intelligence agency personnel have sometimes interfered with their efforts to arrest Qaeda members.
Pakistani officials warn that suspicion of the United States prevents a significant American presence. Since the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq, many Pakistanis fear that the United States will bomb Iran to prevent it from developing nuclear weapons, and that Pakistan will be next.

Nisar Wazir, 56, a teacher in Wana, a town in South Waziristan, said in a telephone interview that the American and Pakistan governments had neglected the tribal areas after supporting militants there in the 1980's anti-Soviet jihad. Asked if Mr. bin Laden was hiding in the tribal areas, Mr. Wazir responded angrily. "America brought Osama bin Laden to this region," he said. "They know his whereabouts better than me."

A note about the Ohio provisionals : 68% of the provisional ballots in Cuyahoga county were counted. (The number was substantially higher in previous elections.) Of the discarded provisionals, the vast majority were tossed because the county could find no registration record on file. Question: Why would anyone wait in line for hours to vote -- yet not register?
A note about the Ohio recount : What, exactly, is being recounted? I have yet to find a specific answer to that poser. If vote fraud occurred via the computers that did the final tabulations, how will a recount help? Seems to me that instead of poring over the registration log books, computer specialists should pore over the code.
Ah -- but the software is, of course, considered a private matter. Trade secret, don't you know...

Von diesen Sternen wussten Astronomen bereits, dass sie von Planeten umkreist werden.
"Junge Sterne besitzen große Mengen des Baumaterials für Planeten", sagte Charles Beichmann vom Jet Propulsion Laboratory der Nasa. "Älteren Sternen bleibt nur übrig gebliebener Schutt." Soldiers found a revolver and an AK-47 rifle. Because of the lack of security in Iraq, it is not uncommon for Iraqi families to keep guns in their homes. The law permits each household to have one weapon for protection... After the weapons were found, Williams, who was the squad leader, and May motioned for the father to follow them inside, soldiers testified. Once inside, Williams and May stood in front of the Iraqi. "You know what you have to do," Williams told May, according to military attorneys' account of the incident. "Can I shoot him?" May asked Williams. "Shoot him," Williams replied, according to military attorneys. May fired two shots. "I shot him in the head twice, took a picture of him + walked outside," May told a military investigator, Special Agent James Suprynowicz, in a sworn statement several weeks later. 12.Dec.2004 From the Washington Post: A senior CIA operative who handled sensitive informants in Iraq asserts that CIA managers asked him to falsify his reporting on weapons of mass destruction and retaliated against him after he refused. The operative, who remains under cover, asserts in a lawsuit made public yesterday that a co-worker warned him in 2001 "that CIA management planned to 'get him' for his role in reporting intelligence contrary to official CIA dogma." ... The subject of that reporting has been blacked out by the CIA, and the word "Iraq" does not appear in the heavily redacted version of the legal complaint, but the remaining language and context make clear that the officer's work related to prewar intelligence on Iraq's alleged weapons of mass destruction. Shaw had commented on the record in a Bill Gertz Washington Times article that the Russians were likely involved in the removal of the explosives. But Shaw seems to believe he's a victim of revenge for investigating an Iraq cell phone deal allegedly benefiting friends of the office of Doug Feith: Shaw portrayed himself as a whistle-blower who was being unfairly asked to resign for having highlighted problems with the cellular phone licensing process. In a letter to Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld, Shaw expanded on the accusations made in his previous report, charging that Defense Undersecretary Douglas J. Feith, his former law partner L. Marc Zell + Ahmad Chalabi, leader of the Iraqi National Congress party, were also involved in the conspiracy. He also charged that Lawrence DiRita, the Pentagon's top spokesman, was organizing a "smear campaign" against him, according to an e-mail obtained by The Times. Drudge and other rightists are claiming that "our" man in the Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, was exposed to dioxin poisoning. Cute, isn't it? Conspiracy theories become respectable when a conservative makes them; nobody claims that Drudge has traded his fedora for a tin foil chapeau.
I would note that cries of "dioxin poisoning" have long echoed throughout the eldritch realms inhabited by the conspiracy-spotters; if memory serves, the motif was heard during the McMartin pre-school controversy.
I would also note that Yushchenko lives rather close to Chernobyl. Perhaps we should not dismiss too rapidly the idea of environmental toxins?

Nun enthüllt die US-Zeitung "Washington Post", um was es bei dem umstrittenen Programm geht und wieviel es den amerikanischen Steuerzahler kosten wird: Die US-Regierung plant den Bau eines Tarnkappen-Satelliten. Er soll mit empfindlicher Spähtechnologie ausgerüstet sein, aber selbst für hoch entwickelte Gegner unerkennbar um die Erde kreisen.
Sinn der Übung: Die Tarnung soll verhindern, dass Amerikas Feinde ihre Raketen, Truppen oder andere erkennbare Militärmaterialien immer dann verschieben, wenn gerade kein Weltraum-Beobachter über ihr Terrain hinwegschwebt. In der Tat beobachten genau aus diesem Grund etliche Geheimdienste den Weltraum und berechnen die Umlaufzeiten von Spähsatelliten. Rund 95 % aller Spionage-Körper werde auf diese Weise enttarnt, schätzen Experten.
In den letzten Monaten ist das Programm indes auf immer heftigeren Widerstand gestoßen. Laut "Washington Post" hat sich das Projekt, das unter der Regie des Rüstungskonzerns Lockheed Martin entwickelt werden soll, von 5 Milliarden $ auf 9,5 Milliarden $ verteuert. Hunderte von Millionen seien bereits für Planungen und Tests draufgegangen. "Mit diesem Geld könnte man einen komplett neuen CIA aufbauen", zitiert das US-Blatt einen Regierungsoffiziellen.
