05.Sep.2006 Dole Stumped When Asked To Name Anyone Who Believes ‘The Terrorists Can Be Appeased’ - Nico
Sec. Rumsfeld last week compared Iraq war critics to Hitler appeasers.
This morning on Fox News, Sen. Elizabeth Dole (R-NC) was asked to name someone — anyone — who actually believes “the terrorists can be appeased.” She couldn’t do it.
Instead, she went on an extended rant criticizing those who have “raised concerns” about the PATRIOT Act, the “Terrorist Surveillance Program” (i.e., warrantless domestic spying) + the missile defense system.
The host then asked Dole whether that “goes to the level” of appeasement. She dodged the question a second time. Watch it: Full transcript:
WALLACE: Senator Dole, which Democrats + I’d like you to name them, which Democrats running for the Senate this year believe the terrorists can be appeased?
DOLE: Well, let me say, first of all, that I think what the administration officials were saying is that this is a very serious situation. They want the American people to realize that these are Islamic jihadists who are literally trying to destroy our way of life, destroy us + they were raising the level of attention to just how serious it is.
WALLACE: I know, but some people –
DOLE: And I just want to say — let me just mention that the tools that are needed to fight the war on terror, such as the PATRIOT Act — now, there are a number of the Democrat candidates who are against the PATRIOT Act. Sherrod Brown, for example, who’s running against Mike DeWine in Ohio.
I could name any number — um, Bob Menendez, I believe, voted against the PATRIOT Act.
The Terrorist Surveillance Program, many of the Democrats have raised concerns about this particular tool, which enabled, the same kind of tool enabled the British to come across the plot to bomb airplanes + the Bank Surveillance Act + missile defense system, the Democrats have been against the missile defense system.
WALLACE: Do you think that goes to the level — and I’ll give Senator Schumer a chance in a moment — do you think that goes to the level of what Secretary [sic] Cheney called trying to appease the terrorists, or what Vice President… what Secretary Rumsfeld called — or what Vice President Cheney called trying to “satisfy the appetite of the terrorists”?
DOLE: I think that this is designed to raise the attention of the American people to the severity of these Islamic jihadists who are in a holy war, who as I say want to destroy us.
It’s a movement + it’s a very serious matter + I think that’s what they were trying to do.

It’s clear why Santorum wants to take public attention off the deeply unpopular war in Iraq. The problem is that President Bush’s failing policy there is one of the main factors empowering Iran in the region. As the British think tank Chatham House noted in its recent report:
The wars and continued weaknesses in Afghanistan and Iraq have further strengthened Iran, their most powerful immediate neighbour , which maintains significant involvement in its ‘near-abroad’. The US-driven agenda for confronting Iran is severely compromised by the confident ease with which Iran sits in its region.
U.S. security requires having effective policies in both Iraq and Iran. Right now we don’t have either.
SANTORUM: You’re trying to get Iraqis to take control of the security situation, which we are trying to do. We are trying to get international cooperation to get money in there. We’re trying to improve their quality of life. We’re trying to stabilize their democracy and make sure their constitution is defended. I mean, all of those things that I think everyone would agree that we are to do. The question is, is you have some — you have sectarian violence you talked about, fomented by Iran, that we are not addressing. So the question is, how do we cure Iraq? Focus on Iran. We need to do something about stopping the Iranians from being the central destabilizer of the Middle East.
RUSSERT: Would you put more troops in Iraq?
SANTORUM: I don’t know if it’s a question of more troops or less troops. I think the focus should not be Iraq, it should be Iran.

Today on Fox News Sunday, Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol said, “Bush should pardon [former Cheney Chief of Staff Scooter] Libby. He should do it now. It would be fantastic.”
Libby has been charged with obstructing justice, making false statements to a grand jury and perjury.
Kristol, however, asserted that Libby was only indicted because special prosecutor was “totally out of control” and “had to indict someone.”
He added that Libby “didn’t lie in any serious meaning of lying before a grand jury.” Watch it:

Richard Armitage forgot for three months that he talked to Novak.
He forgot for two years that he talked to Bob Woodward, three weeks before he talked to Novak.
Richard Armitage has not been indicted + he shouldn’t be.

05.Sep.2006 Fox Analyst: New Tape Shows Al Qaeda Using ‘All of the Antiwar Arguments’ And ‘Turning Them Back Against Us’ - Think Progress
Early today, Al Qaeda #2 Ayman al-Zawahiri issued a new videotape in which he appeared alongside a man “identified as an American member of the terror network.”
Within minutes, Fox News brought on right-wing author Richard Miniter to provide expert analysis of the video.
Miniter said that “what’s striking” about Zawahiri “is that he’s using a lot of the same rhetoric as the antiwar crowd.
He refers to President Bush as a liar and a defeated president…They call him a failure, an incompetent.”
Also in the tape, Zawahiri says “Bush was foolish to turn down the truce offered by Osama bin Laden as an honorable way out.”
Miniter said this claim and others is what “Michael Moore and John Kerry were saying a year ago,” and now al Qaeda is “turning them back against us.”
MINITER: Absolutely, this is designed for the 11.Sep.2001 anniversary.
But also what’s striking, if you read the transcript of this tape — and I should say the CIA has not yet confirmed that this is indeed the voice of al-Zawahiri, although I think we have to presume that it is — is that he’s using a lot of the same rhetoric as the antiwar crowd.
He refers to President Bush as a liar and a defeated president, hinting that somehow the election 00.000.2000 was illegitimate.
They call him a failure, an incompetent.
These are the kinds of things that the antiwar crowd has been saying.

05.Sep.2006 National Review Editor Spins Poll Numbers To Falsely Claim Americans Oppose Troop Withdrawal - Amanda
National Review editor Rich Lowry claims in his column yesterday that the majority of Americans oppose withdrawing U.S. troops from Iraq:
Politically, Iraq is a loser for Republicans, except for the bright spot that the American public is not yet ready to quit. A CNN poll in August found that 69 % of Americans oppose withdrawing American troops by the end of the year + 66 % believe that we can win the war there.
But Lowry is manipulating the poll numbers to prove his point. The CNN poll from Aug. 2-3, to which Lowry is referring, found that just 34 % of Americans oppose U.S. troop withdrawal. Sixty-one % support it. Of that 61 %, twenty-six % support full troop withdrawal and another 35 % support some redeployment:
There are just three more months left in the year. No prominent politician is advocating complete redeployment by the end of 2006. Another recent CNN poll shows that 57 % of the public supports a timetable for withdrawal. (HT: Reader Ken A.)

ABC will air a “docudrama” next weekend called “The Path to 9/11? which blames President Clinton for the 9/11 attacks while praising President Bush.
The writer of the movie is an unabashed conservative named Cyrus Nowrasteh.
Last year, Nowrasteh spoke on a panel titled, “Rebels With a Cause: How Conservatives Can Lead Hollywood’s Next Paradigm Shift.”
He has described Michael Moore as “an out of control socialist weasel,” + conducted interviews with right-wing websites like FrontPageMag.
The problem isn’t that Nowrasteh is conservative. The problem is that Nowrasteh and ABC are representing “The Path to 9/11? as an unbiased historical drama.
Promos for the movie say it is “based on the 9/11 Commission Report.”
Nowrasteh claims he “wanted to match the just-the-facts tone of the report,” + describes the project as “an objective telling of the events of 9/11.”
Here’s some of the objectivity you can expect: Nowrasteh says the film shows how Clinton had “frequent opportunities…

It’s sort of surprising that ABC’s picked it up, to me. I’ve had a lot of people tell me about it, my friends told me about it…
And from what I have been told, the film really zeros in on the shortcomings of the Clinton administration in doing anything about militant Islamofascism or terrorism during its administration.
It cites failures of Bill Clinton + Madeleine Albright + Sandy Burglar.
How does it deal with President Bush? Salon has a review:
Condoleezza Rice gets that fated memo about planes flying into buildings + makes it very clear to anyone who’ll listen just how concerned President Bush is about these terrorist threats — despite the fact that we’re given little concrete evidence of the president’s concern or interest in taking action.
Maybe my memory fails me, but the only person I remember talking about Osama bin Laden back 00.000.1998 was President Clinton, while the current anti-terrorist stalwarts worked the country into a frenzy over what? Blow jobs. In the end, “The Path to 9/11? feels like an excruciatingly long, winding and deceptive path, indeed.
The director of the film, David Cunningham, is already backtracking about its accuracy, saying “this is not a documentary.” OK, fair enough.
But the movie is being billed as “based on The 9/11 Commission Report.”

The best case is that President Bush’s speech in Utah was a cynical manipulation of the American public .
Perhaps this is why he portrays his unpopular war in Iraq as part of a heroic battle against the forces of evil.
Sunni + Shia, Persian and Arab, Al Qaida and Hamas are all, he claims, “a single movement, a worldwide network of radicals.”
This mushy merger of rival groups + nations with vastly different histories and motives, some in actual combat with each other, may help the president convince some that they should back his war in Iraq as a way of defeating Hezbollah and Hamas. It helps him explain why he abandoned pursuit of Osama bin Laden to overthrow Saddam Hussein. They are, in his view, all the same.
Another possibility is that the president actually believes this simplistic notion picked up from the fringe writings of the radical right.
He may believe that these petty groups and their posturing leaders “are successors to fascists, to Nazis, to communists and other totalitarians of the 20th century.”
By inflating his enemies, he raises his own perceived role in history. He becomes the Churchillian leader of “the decisive ideological struggle of the 21st century.”
It is difficult to believe that the senior leadership in the National Security Council, the State Department and the Joint Chiefs of Staff supports this grandiose analysis.
It is harder to believe that the senior analysts in the intelligence agencies have concurred with this distorted world view.
The worst case, however, is that the president will act on his vision.
He expressly abandons decades of bipartisan efforts to manage world events and contain disruptive forces.
“For a half-century, America’s primary goal in the Middle East was stability,” he says contemptuously, embracing the neoconservative notion that we use the U.S. military for serial regime change to force a new world order.
If so, this could be not just the political posturing of an election campaign but the unveiling of a new phase in the president’s long war.
A war, he says, in which the “fighting there can be as fierce as it was at Omaha Beach or Guadalcanal.”

After five long years, the topic of 9/11 truth has grown so large that it finally made the front cover of TIME Magazine.
When the mainstream media realizes that news harmful to the Empire can no longer be ignored?
It must now do its real job and work full-time in order to showcase, spin + thoroughly marginalize the issue.
The same thing just recently occurred with Uranium Weapons (mis-named Depleted Uranium or DU) as it was recently featured by the Associated Press.
The slanted, only partial-truth media coverage of the use of these radioactive Uranium Weapons that are causing devastating health effects on our soldiers in Afghanistan + Iraq is but another example of how the media tries to do "damage control" on these subjects that are dangerous to the Empire - as they have become "hot" topics (pardon the expression) out in everyday, normal conversation.
Banking on the fact that most Americans do not get their news from alternative media, people are thus likely to continue to believe the governments' + mainstream media' reporters' + newscasters' + movie-makers' versions of these stories.
Or, so hope the domestic evil-doers in power.
The TIME article must be read + studied as a stunning example of how the propaganda spin machine works to marginalize truth that can be devastating to the Empire.
It is apparent after reading this piece that writers simply do not make it through the doors of TIME + other major media venues without the requisite obedience to the DC power holders inside the Beltway.
This particular TIME writer fully cooperates with the keepers of the 9/11 "official story" by delving into the psychology of why 9/11 truth activists make the claims they do in order to hold onto such "comforting" concepts such as a "malevolent controlling force orchestrating global events".
Talk about a bass ackwards explanation of why 9/11 truth activists do what we do!
Just go ahead and ask any person who has woken up to the fact that 9/11 is an inside job if s/he has been "comforted" by this research + see what kind of look you get.
From someone who has spoken to countless numbers who have woken up to 9/11 truth, I know with great certainty that had he bothered to actually ask?
This TIME reporter would have gotten any word other than "comfort" as a description of what actually happens to the psyche of the awakened!
If Grossman had done his homework, instead of using the word "comforting" to describe the reality of the truth behind 9/11, he would have chosen a word such as shock, outrage, horror, nauseating disgust - +
that's just for starters!
It is apparent that such a condescending approach + ungrounded statement was made by someone who had clearly not spoken with many who had experienced the devastating horror of learning that
11.Sep.2001 was an inside job, as well as one who was fully cognizant that he would be receiving a tidy reward commensurate with his obedience to the official lie-keepers.
As Lev Grossman writes:
"People who believe the second explanation live in a very different world from those who believe the first...
This is not a fringe phenomenon.
It is a mainstream political reality."
On that point, Grossman's absolutely right.
Our worlds are indeed different - forever changed - once we discover the horrible truths behind these lies.
And articles like this that re-iterate the many lies told to us by our government + the 9/11 Commission only serve to make us learn the actual facts that disprove the "official story" a little bit better - +
spread them out just a little bit wider.
So to all those who know the official 9/11 story is a lie + have spread these truths far + wide?
Let's give credit where credit is due.
If we had not been doing what we do, the necessity of TIME doing such a necessary spin piece would never have become a reality!
Certainly no thanks to the mainstream media, it is because of the efforts of ordinary people who know the truth + who do not keep it to ourselves that the likes of TIME + FOX News now have no choice but to be forced to continue to de-bunk 9/11 "conspiracy" theories.
The more effective that we are, the more the media + the talking puppet heads in power will have to spin!
And the more often they bring up the so-called 9/11 "conspiracy" stories?
The more the still un-knowing will become curious upon hearing these intriguing things + then start to do the research for themselves... just like all of us, the previously un-knowing, did at one point in time for ourselves. Make no mistake about this. The truth - about the mass murder of 2,800 five years ago - has now hit the proverbial fan and can no longer be ignored.
And, just like a genie's bottle, once it has been opened?
The entire issue of 9/11 lies has escaped right out of the bottle and can never again be put back in.
The so-called "conspiracy" theories around 9/11 have been released forevermore. And thanks to the efforts of 9/11 truth tellers everywhere?
As these articles receive more and more press, the questions and doubts concerning what Americans were told about that day will only continue to grow.

Nila Sagadevan tells of a hardcore skeptic who absolutely refuses to believe that 9/11 was a hoax despite his reading books on the subject and watching DVDs. According to Nila this skeptic wrote:
Please do a simple mind calculation and estimate how many people would be involved with all aspects of the 9/11 scheme as you describe it. Now calculate what %age of those people are NOT in the Federal Gov't (a wild assumption that the Feds CAN keep a secret). Then do something that you can't learn in a physics class. Be honest with yourself in regard to whether all of those people could live in silence about what they (or those that they know) had done?
In reply we can say, firstly, if this person thinks of himself as a skeptic, why does he accept the official story with all its holes and total lack of supporting evidence?
Secondly we can question his request for "a simple mind calculation". There is almost no calculation involving 9/11 that is simple, so our skeptic asks for what is impossible + is merely urging agreement with his own (unsupported) view.
Thirdly we can reply that the higher-ups in the conspiracy (such as Cheney and Rumsfeld) + some at a lower level, certainly have a motive to keep silent, since they are well-known to the public + have their careers, their reputations and their necks at stake.
So the skeptic is really positing a number of unknown auxilliary figures, perhaps hundreds, all potential whistle-blowers like Sibel Edmonds. But (fourthly) this is mere supposition + the number of operatives involved may well have been much less than a hundred. Professor A. K. Dewdney gives an estimate for the minimum as 36 ? see https://www.serendipity.li/wot/operation_pearl.htm.
And the Finnish military expert who published the report providing evidence that small H-bombs were used in the WTC demolitions, estimates that thirty men were needed to install the cutting charges in the twin towers ? see https://www.saunalahti.fi/wtc2001/soldier1.htm. Of these thirty at least half would not have known what was really going on and could easily be disposed of immediately after (or even before) 9/11, along with other low-level operatives. Those who planned on killing several thousand people in the collapse of the twin towers would certainly think nothing of killing as many low-level operatives as was needed to avoid exposure.
So, apart from the public figures who knew in advance that 9/11 would occur (even if they were not involved in the detailed planning), there may be only 20-30 operatives who remain alive. They are not likely to talk of what could bring them a death sentence if they were ever tried and convicted. And if they are the products of many years of (military or otherwise) training (or mental conditioning, or even mind-control) then it is not surprising that they do not talk.
Also it is erroneous to think of these operatives as, in our skeptic's words, "in the Federal Gov't (a wild assumption that the Feds CAN keep a secret)." Since the 9/11 hoax was crucial to the NWO plan to dominate the world, it is likely that the best and most committed operatives from the secret government were involved, not your ordinary federal employees.
Moreover, perhaps we are mistaken if we think of these operatives as people, capable of feeling guilt or shame as ordinary people are. If they are the products of twenty years of mind-control (their training beginning in the Reagan years) then they are more like zombies.
Or if not zombies then perhaps they are like cult followers, believing in a higher mission, perhaps to save their bloodline or secret society from the catastrophes that are predicted (or are planned) to befall most of the human population of the planet in the coming years.
As David Ray Griffin has remarked recently, we are dealing with demonic evil. Its instruments keep silent because it is in their interest to do so; unless they decide to say something designed to mislead, confuse or deceive.

Turns out, we need grand theories to make sense of grand events, or the world just seems too random
Take a look, if you can stand it, at video footage of the World Trade Center collapsing. Your eye will naturally jump to the top of the screen, where huge fountains of dark debris erupt out of the falling towers. But fight your natural instincts. Look farther down, at the stories that haven't collapsed yet.
In almost every clip you'll see little puffs of dust spurting out from the sides of the towers. There are two competing explanations for these puffs of dust: 1) the force of the collapsing upper floors raised the air pressure in the lower ones so dramatically that it actually blew out the windows. And 2) the towers did not collapse from the impact of two Boeing 767s and the ensuing fires. They were destroyed in a planned, controlled demolition. The dust puffs you see on film are the detonations of explosives planted there before the attacks.
People who believe the second explanation live in a very different world from those who believe the first. In world No. 2, al-Qaeda is not responsible for the destruction of the World Trade Center. The U.S. government is. The Pentagon was not hit by a commercial jet; it was hit by a cruise missile. United Flight 93 did not crash after its occupants rushed the cockpit; it was deliberately taken down by a U.S. Air Force fighter. The entire catastrophe was planned and executed by federal officials in order to provide the U.S. with a pretext for going to war in the Middle East and, by extension, as a means of consolidating and extending the power of the Bush Administration.
The population of world No. 2 is larger than you might think. A Scripps-Howard poll of 1,010 adults last month found that 36% of Americans consider it "very likely" or "somewhat likely" that government officials either allowed the attacks to be carried out or carried out the attacks themselves. Thirty-six % adds up to a lot of people. This is not a fringe phenomenon. It is a mainstream political reality.
Although the 9/11 Truth Movement, as many conspiracy believers refer to their passion, has been largely ignored by the mainstream media, it is flourishing on the Internet. One of the most popular conspiracy videos online is Loose Change, a 90-min. blizzard of statistics, photographs, documents, eyewitness accounts and expert testimony set to a trippy hip-hop backbeat. It's designed to pick apart, point by point, the conventional narrative of what happened on 11.Sep.2001.
For all its amateur production values--it was created by a pair of industrious twentysomethings using a laptop, pizza money and footage scavenged from the Internet--Loose Change is a compelling experience. Take the section about the attack on the Pentagon. As the film points out--and this is a tent-pole issue among 9/11 conspiracists--the crash site doesn't look right. There's not enough damage. The hole smashed in the Pentagon's outer wall was 75 ft. wide, but a Boeing 757 has a 124-ft. wingspan. Why wasn't the hole wider? Why does it look so neat?
Experts will tell you that the hole was punched by the plane's fuselage, not its wings, which sheared off on impact. But then what happened to the wings? And the tail and the engines? Images of the crash site show hardly any of the wreckage you would expect from a building that's been rammed by a commercial jet. The lawn, where the plane supposedly dragged a wing on approach, is practically pristine. The plane supposedly clipped five lampposts on its way in, but the lampposts in question show surprisingly little damage. And could Hani Hanjour, the man supposedly at the controls, have executed the maneuvers that the plane performed? He failed a flight test just weeks before the attack. And Pentagon employees reported smelling cordite after the hit, the kind of high explosive a cruise missile carries.
There's something empowering about just exploring such questions. Loose Change appeals to the viewer's common sense: it tells you to forget the official explanations and the expert testimony + trust your eyes and your brain instead. It implies that the world can be grasped by laymen without any help or interference from the talking heads. Watching Loose Change, you feel as if you are participating in the great American tradition of self-reliance and nonconformist, antiauthoritarian dissent. You're fighting the power. You're thinking different. (Conspiracists call people who follow the government line "sheeple.") "The goal of the movie was just really to get out there and show that there are alternate stories to what the mainstream media and the government will tell you," says Korey Rowe, 23, who produced the movie. "That 19 hijackers are going to completely bypass security and crash four commercial airliners in a span of two hours, with no interruption from the military forces, in the most guarded airspace in the United States and the world? That to me is a conspiracy theory."
It's also not much of a story line. As a narrative, the official story that the government--echoed by the media--is trying to sell shows an almost embarrassing lack of novelistic flair, whereas the story the conspiracy theorists tell about what happened on Sept. 11 is positively Dan Brownesque in its rich, exciting complexity. Rowe and his collaborator, Dylan Avery, 22, actually started writing Loose Change as a fictional screenplay--"loosely based around us discovering that 9/11 was an inside job," Rowe says--before they became convinced that the evidence of conspiracy was overwhelming. The Administration is certainly playing its part in the drama with admirable zeal. If we went to war to root out fictional weapons of mass destruction, is staging a fictional terrorist attack such a stretch?
But there's a big problem with Loose Change and with most other conspiracy theories. The more you think about them, the more you realize how much they depend on circumstantial evidence, facts without analysis or documentation, quotes taken out of context and the scattered testimony of traumatized eyewitnesses. (For what it's worth, the National Institute of Standards and Technology has published a fact sheet responding to some of the conspiracy theorists' ideas on its website, www.nist.gov. <https://www.nist.gov.> The theories prompt small, reasonable questions that demand answers that are just too large and unreasonable to swallow. Granted, the Pentagon crash site looks odd in photographs. But if the Pentagon was hit by a cruise missile, then what happened to American Airlines Flight 77? Where did all the real, documented people on it go? Assassinated? Relocated? What about eyewitnesses who saw a plane, not a missile? And what are the chances that an operation of such size--it would surely have involved hundreds of military and civilian personnel--could be carried out without a single leak? Without leaving behind a single piece of evidence hard enough to stand up to scrutiny in a court? People, the feds just aren't that slick. Nobody is.
There are psychological explanations for why conspiracy theories are so seductive. Academics who study them argue that they meet a basic human need: to have the magnitude of any given effect be balanced by the magnitude of the cause behind it. A world in which tiny causes can have huge consequences feels scary and unreliable. Therefore a grand disaster like Sept. 11 needs a grand conspiracy behind it. "We tend to associate major events--a President or princess dying--with major causes," says Patrick Leman, a lecturer in psychology at Royal Holloway University of London, who has conducted studies on conspiracy belief. "If we think big events like a President being assassinated can happen at the hands of a minor individual, that points to the unpredictability and randomness of life and unsettles us." In that sense, the idea that there is a malevolent controlling force orchestrating global events is, in a perverse way, comforting.
You would have thought the age of conspiracy theories might have declined with the rise of digital media. The assassination of President John F. Kennedy was a private, intimate affair compared with the attack on the World Trade Center, which was witnessed by millions of bystanders and television viewers and documented by hundreds of Zapruders. You would think there was enough footage and enough forensics to get us past the grassy knoll and the magic bullet, to create a consensus reality, a single version of the truth, a single world we can all live in together.
But there is no event so plain and clear that a determined human being can't find ambiguity in it. And as divisive as they are, conspiracy theories are part of the process by which Americans deal with traumatic public events like Sept. 11. Conspiracy theories form around them like scar tissue. In a curious way, they're an American form of national mourning. They'll be with us as long as we fear lone gunmen + feel the pain of losses like the one we suffered on 11.Sep.2001 + as long as the past, even the immediate past, is ultimately unknowable. That is to say, forever.___

Meanwhile, hit pieces against the 9/11 truth movement continue in the lead up to the fifth anniversary of the event.
A familiar emotional shell game on the part of the debunkers is to proclaim that questioning any aspect of 9/11 disgraces the memory of the victims.
This tactic is clearly not working anymore especially in light of the fact that Bill Doyle, representative of the largest group of 9/11 family members - says that half now completely distrust the official version of events.
Bob McIlvaine's son Bobby was working for Merrill Lynch in the 103rd floor of the south tower when Flight 175 struck.
He was likely one of the unfortunate individuals who obeyed the Port Authority's ridiculous order for workers to stay in the building and not evacuate even after Flight 11 had ploughed into the north tower.
McIlvaine is convinced that the attacks were an inside job orchestrated by elements within the US government.
"Today, there are no ifs or buts in my mind that this was an inside job.
The US government orchestrated it with the help of MI6 + Pakistan + Mossad.
What they are telling us is bullshit.
The hijackers were patsies + Osama bin Laden was set up," McIlvaine told the London Independent .
McIlvaine has since devoted his life to educating others on what really happened on 9/11.
Despite the best efforts of Jewish American Adam Yehiye Gadahn to propagandize the reality of the Al-Qaeda myth, Americans are becoming increasingly skeptical of 9/11 + if the recent rash of hit pieces against the 9/11 truth movement are anything to go by, the establishment is stricken with concern.
There were another two major 9/11 semi-debunking pieces over the weekend, one in the San Francisco Chronicle + one in Reuters .
Expect a deluge of them for the next two weeks as the five year anniversary comes to pass.
The most incongruous sentence from the Chronicle piece is where CIA involvement in 9/11 is characterized as "the epitome of preposterous beliefs that start with a conclusion + work backward to find evidence."
Wasn't it media talking heads + government officials in the hours after the attacks who were reading off the same script + ascribing blame to Bin Laden with no substantiating evidence?
Did they then not present alleged "evidence" to work backward to the already pre-determined conclusion?
So-called evidence that is insufficient to federally indict Bin Laden for involvement in 9/11 five years after the attack -
despite the fact that it took less than three months to indict him for the 00.000.1998 embassy bombings.

Well-educated, it suited Saddam to offer security and public profile, embodied in the person of Tariq Aziz, like Blair, a Roman Catholic (well, nearly).
I could look across the Baghdad skyline and see a rich miscellany of Christian churches, embracing Assyrian, Armenian, Byzantine, Anglican, Mandeans and Methodist, some of them with a presence since the first century, six centuries before Islam began. Christians sold from their shops the local Perido beer + had a prominent role in banking, urban planning, science and commerce. I had many Christian friends + like all Iraqis they were very hospitable. Traumatised by the killing, kidnapping and gangsterism that constitutes life in Iraq since those fine Christian gentlemen, Bush and Blair, liberated their country, 350,000 Iraqi Christians now live as near-penniless refugees, principally in Damascus, Syria, where they have been given safe status. We attended each other's religious services and weddings." Gaza doctors encounter 'unexplained injuries'

If Israel asks, the US would "seriously consider" granting the Defense Ministry additional financial assistance because of the huge expenses incurred during the war in Lebanon, a high-ranking US diplomat revealed Wednesday. According to ministry estimates, Israel spent close to NIS 30 billion on ammunition, fuel and other expenses during the war.
The defense establishment has already asked the Treasury to be compensated for that amount.
The US provides Israel with military assistance of more than $2b annually. "A request has not yet come," the US official said. "But we would consider it seriously."
According to diplomatic sources in Jerusalem, the government was considering asking for additional aid - one report said a request might be for $2b.
There was also talk in Washington of a large-scale financial package to help rebuild southern Lebanon, in part to keep the Iranians out of the process.

That story, as I mentioned, was buried under 9-11’s rubble.
The two sums disappeared on Zakheim’s watch.
06.May 2004 -Yet on- Zakheim took a lucrative position at Booz, Allen Hamilton, one of the most prestigious strategy consulting firms in the world.
One of its clients then was Blessed Relief, a charity said to be a front for Osama bin Laden.
Booz, Allen & Hamilton then also worked closely with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which is the research arm of the Department of Defense.
So the dark card was shifted to another part of the deck.
Judicial Inc’s bio of Dov Zakheim (linked below) tells us Zakheim was/is a dual Israeli/American citizen + an ordained rabbi + had been tracking the halls of US government for 25 years, casting defense policy + influence on Presidents Reagan, Clinton + Bush Sr. + Bush Jr.
He is, as I described him earlier, the bionic Zionist.
In fact, Judicial Inc points out that most of Israel’s armaments were gotten thanks to him.
Squads of US F-16 + F-15 were classified military surplus + sold to Israel at a fraction of their value.
Judicial Inc also points out that Israel, a country of 4.8 million Russian + Polish Jewish émigrés, flies on one of the biggest Air Forces in the world, thanks to Dov Zakheim.

04.May 2001-10.Mar.2004 -during Zakheim’s tenure as Pentagon controller- over $3 trillion dollars were unaccounted for.
Additionally, military Information was jeopardized + military contractors billed the US for Israeli items: $50 million dollar fighter jets were rated as surplus + the list rolls on.
As the scandal of the missing trillion dollars surfaced + Dov Zakheim resigned, Israel was handed the finest fighter jets in the US inventory while 15 % of US jets were grounded for lack of parts.
In whose best interest was this?
But Dov Zakheim is not alone.
Dov Zakheim is one of an elite group of Jewish Americans/Israelis who inter-marry + enter government.
They + their Christian counterparts are called neocons + their sole purpose is directing US policy.
Most of them are dual citizens + few serve in the US military.
Think of Paul Wolfowitz + Elliot Abrams + Richard Perle + Ben Wattenberg, to mention a few.
Whether their motivation is anger at the Muslim world, seen as a religious + territorial enemy, or a deep-rooted reaction to the Holocaust, the culmination of European anti-Semitism, their reactionary militarism becomes a world-threatening force unto itself.

This would have given them intimate knowledge of the security systems + structural blueprints of the World Trade Center.
00.000.1990-00.000.2001 -From the s -through- WTC Security was handled by Securacom, a Kuwait-American firm, on whose board Marvin Bush, the president’s brother, sat.
11.Sep.2001 -After- Securacom was let go, changed its name to Stratsec +

Eglin is very near another Air Force base in Florida-MacDill AFB, where Dov Zakheim contracted to send at least 32 Boeing 767 aircraft, as part of the Boeing /Pentagon tanker lease agreement. (5)

Note it has a cylindrical shape + is consistent with the size + shape of the object observed under the fuselage of flight 175.
“The Boeing lease deal involved the replacement of the aging KC-135 tanker fleet with these smaller, more efficient Boeing 767s that were to be leased by Dov Zakheim's group.
The planes were to be refitted with refueling equipment, including lines + nozzle assemblies.”
(Remember both Flight 175, that hit the South Tower + Flight 11, that hit the North Tower, were Boeing 767s. Flights 77 + 93 were 757s.)
“In the enlargement of flight 175’s photo, we can clearly see a cylindrical object under the fuselage + a structure that appears to be attached to the right underside of the rear fuselage section.
”When seen in comparison, it is obvious that the plane approaching the Trade Center has both of these structures-the FTS module + the midair refueling equipment, as configured on the modified Boeing 767 tankers.
Of particular interest is the long tube-like anomalous structure under the rear fuselage area of flight 175
-this structure runs along the right rear bottom of the plane, as it also does on the Boeing 767 refueling tanker pictured.
”After considering this information, I [the author/s] am convinced that flight 175, as pictured on the news media + official reports, was in fact a refitted Boeing 767 tanker, with a Flight Termination System attached.
Use of this system would also explain the expert handling of aircraft observed in both New York + Washington investigations, which has been officially credited to inexperienced flight school students.
“Since the refitted 767s were able to carry both passengers + a fuel load, as shown in this photo, it is likely that the plane designated Flight 175 was in fact a refitted 767 tanker,
disguised as a conventional commercial passenger plane.
“As shown in this photo of a 767 being serviced, the FTS unit, when in position, would be small + unobtrusive enough to be fairly innocuous (at least to casual observers, such as passengers).
The smallest circle indicates the size + position of the anomaly depicted in the photos of Flight 175.
The larger circle, which is the size of the engine housing, shows the size of the anomaly in relation to the engine.
Note the size + position of the open hatches on the engine housing, which would tend to discredit the widely held theory that the anomaly is an open hatch or cargo door.
“As the . . . diagram shows,
all flights involved in the events traveled very near many military installations + appear to have traveled in a manner suggesting guidance + possible transfer of the control of the planes among the bases.
”Since the evidence from the World Trade Center site was quickly removed, there is little concrete evidence of the involvement of Dov Zakheim, who has since left his position at the Pentagon.
However,
the proximity of Eglin AFB to MacDill AFB in Florida + Dov Zakheim's work via SPC contracts + the Pentagon leasing agreement on both of these installations, combined with SPC's access to World Trade Center structural + security information from their
00.000.1993 Tridata investigation, is highly suspicious.
Considering Dov Zakheim s access to Boeing 767 tankers, remote control flight systems + his published views in the PNAC document, it seems very likely he is in fact a key figure in the alleged terrorist attacks in New York City on 11.Sep.2001.”

Coda, a Bitter Frosting on the Cake
Whether or not you agree in whole or in part with these findings, here is an eye-opening article originally from the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette by Milan Simonich.
It is titled Army unit piecing together accounts of Pentagon attack + from it comes this striking information in paragraph six . . .
"One Army office in the Pentagon lost 34 of its 65 employees in the attack.
Most of those killed in the office, called Resource Services Washington, were civilian accountants, bookkeepers + budget analysts.
They were at their desks when American Airlines Flight 77 struck.”
Apart from the question of whether it was F 77 that struck the Pentagon, it is more than ironic that accountants, bookkeepers + budgets analysts, the very people who could pick up the financial frauds were struck.
Especially since the hit was directed supposedly at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
Nevertheless, Dov Zakheim is busy at his Booz Allen job, involved in Strategic Services +
who knows what other dark plans as we speak, even as the Middle East is under heavy fire once again from Israel + its fervid ally, the US government.
