15.Nov.2004 Mr. Fisher believes Dr. Blass is denying the public this crucial evidence in order to protect Joseph Klock, an attorney who facilitated the release of Dr. Blass' son from an abusive treatment center. Mr. Klock was, coincidentally, the attorney for former congresswoman Katherine Harris who was the Secretary of State during the contested 2000 Florida recount which helped put George W. Bush in the White House. "Dr. Blass obtained this information when he was on the staff at Bay Point School," Fisher stated. Bay Point School is a juvenile correctional facility in the Miami area. "I was told the school is a suspected training ground in computer science and programming for juvenile delinquents who manipulate electronic voting, without a true audit trail. It is believed that this activity is taking place not only there but in several schools like these nationwide. If true, then Bay Point School could be the Florida connection." Fisher alleges the school has direct connections with Joseph Klock, and that Blass informed him that his loyalty to Klock is more important than the truth about how the 2000 election was manipulated + how it is possible for a repeat to occur in the upcoming November general election. "This is unacceptable and, in my opinion, borders on treason," said Fisher, who was visibly upset that someone might help cover-up more election fraud in Florida. "Over the last few days I have been in direct contact with progressive investigative journalist Greg Palast of Gregpalast.com, with the information that was supposed to be delivered to Greg Palast," he added. "But the sender was told by Dr. Blass not to send it. I then informed Greg's senior researcher, Mr. Oliver, about this critical development. I have had partial information in my possession for the past three months. My client conceded the race on the belief that the results were clear. The results are anything but clear, however + American democratic legitimacy requires an honest reappraisal of the events in Florida and around the country.
Three members of Congress already have requested that the GAO conduct an investigation into the troubling reports of problems with voting machines.
The mainstream media must immediately realize that this issue rises above partisanship and demands attention.
The time is now for voters from all states that used electronic voting machines to request an audit of results and a manual recount of ballots if possible.
We have a duty as Americans to fix these problems for the future and make sure there is a transparent and trustworthy voting system. Right, Ian. But with the beneficiaries of vote fraud in complete control and the mainstream media in snooze mode, just how do you propose to accomplish these worthy goals?
We can + will, maintain the search for better evidence of vote fraud. But one thing few understand is that, by world standards, we already possess sufficient evidence. Repeated exit poll disparities favoring one party do constitute damning evidence, despite what some people may tell you. Exit polls are the only way to verify a computerized vote. Such disparities, as I have pointed out several times, brought about a rebellion and a change of government in the former Soviet state of Georgia.
Well before the election, I suggested ways we could peacefully rebel. Idea numero uno: A massive refusal by Democrats to pay taxes unless and until the government schedules a revote using fair methodology. I heard a caller to the Randi Rhodes program offer another good idea: A massive work stoppage by Democrats. (Remember: Blue states produce most of this nation's wealth.)
Realistically, however, mass numbers of people will never embrace such measures. Rebellion means eschewing comfort, risking punishment, and embracing uncertainty. Most will balk at so decisive a step. "Maybe the evidence of vote fraud isn't strong enough," we will tell ourselves. "Maybe we should wait until stronger proof comes out. Then we'll do something. Maybe."
And what proof is strong enough? I predict that the continual demand for better evidence will always result in a case of "moving the goal posts." Would a confession by a conspirator be considered excellent evidence? Most would answer "yes" -- today. But if such a confession should make headlines tomorrow, pundits (including those on the left) will do their damndest to poke holes in the story. They will demand something even more conclusive.
If you do not want to believe an idea, no proof is ever conclusive.
A genuine belief that vote fraud occurred requires the taking of action, a suggestion repellent to most of us. Hell, even I tend to shake my head at the idea.
And so here we are -- too cowardly to do what the Georgians did. What would our founding fathers say about us?

15.Nov.2004 How many instances of excess votes above the registered voters signed in at the polls does it take for the elections in Florida and Ohio to be challenged and the results thrown out? If this occurred in numerous counties across Florida and across Ohio, the combination of extra (fraudulent) votes could completely change the election! Where are the lawyers and the statisticians on this one source of error alone? How about having a challenge from the Florida Democratic Party or the DNC, if not from Kerry? Ellen, Susan and Echo, can you zero in on this data point alone to see if there are discrepancies like this in Broward and Palm Beach Counties? It's true that if optical scan votes were not counted, Kerry would have won with about the same margin that Bush did. It's true that rural counties tended to use optical scan machines more + the wideheld view is that rural voters prefer Bush. It's true that machines manufactured by ES&S, a company that has had problems on the past, gave a higher percentage of votes to President Bush than did other machines. 15.Nov.2004 The Atlantis expedition is in its fourth day of operation and the US/British/Cypriot crew (many of which worked on the Titanic project) is currently surveying the target area with side scan sonar. The long-awaited Atlantis expedition launched secretly on Monday. The operation will end on Saturday and the R/V Flying Enterprise should arrive at the Limassol port around noontime. We have received word from Robert that the existence of the three kilometer wall at the base of the hill has been verified and that it is not, as some scientists have suggested, merely an error with the data. The canal running lengthwise along the middle of the hill has also been verified and it is concave, with evidence of a one-time riverbed running throughout its length. High resolution scanning of the summit is in progress and we will attempt to locate structures after post-processing of the data is completed and the 3d models are generated.
We are now authorized to release the previously generated 3D bathymetric maps and models of the hill area, which were created using newly acquired multibeam data from the French (IFREMER) "BLAC" expedition on November of 2003. This model shows the target hill area with numerous inexplicable anomalies on and around the summit of what is believed to be the Acropolis Hill. Damit haben sich sechs der 15 Kabinettsmitglieder zum Ausscheiden aus der Regierung entschlossen.
